1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of PICABOT (operated by POSTERMAN), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PICABOT provides instant photo booth rental services for various events including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and other celebrations. Our services include:

  • Photo booth equipment rental
  • Professional attendant services
  • Unlimited photo prints during the rental period
  • Digital photo delivery options
  • Props and customization options

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve our services, you must:

  • Submit a booking inquiry through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
  • Provide accurate event details including date, time, venue, and guest count
  • Pay the required advance payment to confirm your booking

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards through Razorpay, and cash

3.3 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

  • More than 30 days before event: 100% refund minus processing fees
  • 15-30 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before event: No refund

4.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your event once free of charge if notified at least 15 days in advance, subject to our availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur charges.

4.3 Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Setup and Operations

  • We will arrive at the venue at least 30-60 minutes before the agreed start time
  • Setup requires adequate space and access to electricity
  • A professional attendant will be present throughout the rental period

5.2 Duration

The rental period starts from the agreed time and includes setup and breakdown time as discussed. Extensions beyond the booked hours are subject to availability and additional charges.

5.3 Venue Requirements

The client must ensure:

  • Adequate space for photo booth setup (minimum 10' x 10' area)
  • Access to power supply (standard electrical outlet)
  • Protection from adverse weather conditions for outdoor events
  • Safe and secure environment for equipment

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event information and venue details
  • Ensure venue access and cooperation from venue staff
  • Not hold PICABOT responsible for any damage caused by guests
  • Respect the equipment and ensure guests use it appropriately
  • Provide parking facilities for our team if required

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Equipment Damage

The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional harm by guests. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

PICABOT shall not be liable for:

  • Equipment malfunction due to venue conditions (power failures, extreme weather)
  • Injuries or accidents occurring at the event
  • Loss of photos due to technical failures (we take backups but cannot guarantee 100% recovery)
  • Delays caused by venue restrictions or traffic conditions

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Photo Ownership

While guests own the rights to their individual photos, PICABOT retains the right to use photos for marketing and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

8.2 Branding

Our logo may appear on print strips unless you purchase a branding removal option.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

11. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation will be honored. Additional services requested after booking may incur extra charges.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Negotiation

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations.

12.2 Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
